the North East Corner of 91st Ave and Thunderbird, in Peoria. From Bell
take 91st Ave South and turn left into Desert Harbor professional plaza.
Enter on Desert Harbor Blvd. From the 101 Freeway, exit on Thunderbird,
drive West approximately 1/2 mile. Turn North onto 91st Ave then make an
